Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
1.Lead and direct the spa reception & attendant
associate to deliver 5-star services to all guests and members while overseeing
the day‐to‐day operations of the spa and achieving set revenue goals.
1代领水疗前台及相关员工为所有客人和会员提供五星级服务,保障水疗中心的日常运营并实现既定的收入目标。
2.To assist and support the Director of Spa in the
seamless running of the front of the spa & reception in the most efficient
and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst
being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
2.协助和支持水疗总监以最高效和有效的方式提供最高标准的服务,同时积极保持和/或提高营业额和盈利能力。
3.Work closely with Director of Spa to prepare and
achieve targeted budget, by promoting services, upselling, and organizing
special promotions.

Requirements 任职资格:
1.College Degree and above.
1.大专及以上学历。
2.Fluent written and spoken Mandarin & English
are a must.
2.流利的中英文书面和口语能力。
3.Sales and marketing skills as they related to the spa
and hotel industry.
3.具有与水疗和酒店行业相关的销售和市场营销技能。
4.Ability to communicate in a clear, precise,
positive and professional manner.
4.具有清晰、准确、积极和专业的沟通能力。
5.Ability to prioritize and organize work
assignments, delegate and follow‐up appropriately.
5.能够优先安排和组织工作任务,适当地委派和跟进。
6.Guest service oriented, possessing strong written
& verbal customer service skills.

Experiences 经验要求:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in spa industry
5年以上水疗行业工作经验
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as the same capacity
2年以上同等岗位工作经验
