Job Specification• Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in the restaurant and bar. Overlooking Room Service Operations.• Ensure proper coordination with kitchen and bar on daily or monthly specials and promotions: possesses sound knowledge of food & beverage, up selling and availability of menu items.• Perform duties common to all supervisor and other duties as may be assigned.• To supervise and oversee the overall smooth and efficient operation of Room Service• Responsible for staff scheduling and payroll cost to ensure adequate coverage according to established practices and maximize on labour potential• Confers with the F&B Director in developing F&B budget, Develops and administers F&B budget, action plan and promotional activities of the department; stimulates sales and profit, controls operating expenses.• Applies the brand's quality standards (SOP)Job Profile•Degree to university diploma or equivalent (from university or a specialized hospitality school) • Strong operational experience in F&B especially, and significant experience in a customer-service food and beverage position; working for 5 star international brand hotels.• Experience in team management • Computer literate• Languages: excellent in the national language and full proficiency in English is a must.• Dynamic, Passionate for excellence and with exemplary behavior, he or she is a hands on leader and a driver for success.• China national, attractive package
