As a Service Manager - Housekeeping, we rely on you to
作为一名宾客服务经理 - 客房部,你的主要工作职责为:
1. Ensures all Housekeeping employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
2.Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
3.Keep track of room reservation status and report the reservation status of important groups and guests to department head
4.Responsible for the collection, archiving and management of all kinds of information
5.Check daily reports for errors and correct them in time.

2.礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决
3.掌握客房预订情况,向部门负责人报告重要团体和客人的订房情况

We are looking for someone who:

1. Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
2. Communicates and writes with fluency in English
3. Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
4. Enjoys interacting with people
5. Careful work, a strong sense of responsibility
6. Good team spirit, good conduct, strong external, and internal communication skills
