岗位职责:
1、The Sales Manager handles guestroom and catering business . Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Salesimplements all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility.
销售经理在销售总监的督导下,负责客房和会议销售,在销售总监总监的指导下使他/她所负责区域的住房以及会议产量和收入最大化。
2、Implements all sales action plans related tothe respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。
3、Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量,以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
4、
Assists
DOS in theforecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.
协助销售总监预测未来房间的收入和公司/散客/会议/长住客/的平均房价。
5、
Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.
了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息,包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等,并定期向销售总监汇报。
6、
Maintains close communication with the Operation Team in the negotiation process of their accounts.
在与客户沟通及谈判过程中,保持与客户服务团队的及时沟通。
