1、完成酒店管理公司的战略/集中采购工作； 2、管理酒店战略/集中采购合作合同及合作单位评估工作； 3、酒店管理公司战略/集中采购合同监督执行； 4、根据市场调查价格，监督各酒店采购经理准备采购月报表，比较分析各酒店同期供货商报价； 5、参与各酒店组织的市场调查； 6、及时更新战略/集中采购价格及单位； 7、配合各酒店对酒店招采人员进行考核管理； 8、优化战略/集中采购管理制度； 9、定期组织召开月度/季度例会，汇报战略/集中采购执行情况。 任职资格： 1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、供应链管理、财务管理、物流管理等相关专业； 2、两年及以上五星级酒店同职位管理经验或两年以上采购部基层管理岗位； 3、熟悉采购流程，有酒店战略或集中采购执行及管理经验； 4、熟练使用Word,、excel等办公软件，电脑操作熟练；  5、工作细致认真，责任心强，逻辑思维佳，抗压能力强。

PURPOSE OF JOB  He guarantees and monitors the stock and the deliveries of the village. He is responsible for managing storage warehouses and deliveries to maximize efficiency and secure the business qualitatively and quantitatively. 岗位职责 1、负责执行采购供应工作，确保各项采购任务顺利完成。 2、制定本岗位工作计划及编制本岗位费用预算。 3、掌握酒店所需各类物资名称、型号、规格、单价、用途和产地，检查购进物资是否符合质量要求。 4、按指令主持大宗商品订货的业务洽谈，检查合同的执行和落实情况。 5、负责采购人员的业务指导。 岗位要求 1、本科及以上学历，从事酒店物资采购工作半年以上，具有丰富的仓储实践经验。 2、懂基础英语。 3、工作细心、做事认真、原则性强。 4、严格要求自己，做到不贪污、不索贿、不受贿，养成严明清正的工作作风。

岗位职责 1.负责酒店商品和物品的保管和供应工作。 2.负责物料及商品的入库验收工作，不符合的货物退回，严格把好质量关。 3.仓库要保持通风干燥，要勤检查、勤倒垛、勤晾晒，防止虫蛀鼠咬霉烂变质。 4.执行出入库手续，汇总票据，按期登记三级明细账，定期盘点，按时填写报表，做到账表清楚，账物相符。
