1. Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, and pantry according to set standards and procedures.
按照既定标准和工作程序,对客房、走廊和工作间进行清洁。
2. Replenishes guest supplies.
补充客用品。
3. Checks, replenishes and post charges of consumed mini bar items.
检查、补充、收取小酒吧物品的费用。
4. Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met.
及时、真诚的完成上级分派的工作和客人要求。
5. Reports damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to superior.
向上级汇报酒店客房内的损坏或故障情况。
6. Maintains equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair.
保证设备的清洁和修缮。
7. Maintains a daily room check and Room Attendant report.
完成每日客房检查和服务员工作单。
8. Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks.
与上级会面并承担每日分配的任务。
9. Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately.
及时向上级汇报和上交客人遗失物品。
10. Reports guest complaints to superior immediately.
及时向上级汇报客人的投诉。
11. Reports unusual behavior/activities on floors to supervisor.
向上级汇报楼层里的反常行为和活动。
12. Records room status in allocated section accurately.
准确记录所负责区域的房态。
13. Reports room discrepancy.
报告差异房。
14. Protects guest and hotel assets and privacy.
保护客人及酒店的财产及隐私。
15. Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
按要求参加会议和培训活动。
16. Carry out valet services when required including delivery of linen or processing laundry orders.
如有需要,提供客衣服务的相关工作,包括递送布草、收取客衣等。
17. Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel.
观察客人的日常行为和活动,消除客人的不满并且同客人以及饭店的客户建立起友好的关系。
18. Through close observation and service, recommends improvement in operation, especially in the aspects of developing better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.
通过细致入微的观察和服务,改善饭店的运作,特别是提高服务标准,以使饭店增加收入、减少损失。
19. While on duty, ensure to be at all times immaculately groomed and wear correct and complete uniform.
在当班时,确保始终保持恰当的仪容仪表和穿着正确的制服。
20. Ensures to be present at roster times.
确保准时出勤。
21. Ensures behavior, personal grooming and service skills are in line with hotel standards.
要确保日常行为,个人的仪容仪表和服务技能要符合酒店的标准。
22. Reports directly to the Floor Captain.
直接向楼层领班汇报工作。
23. Maintains close working relationships with other departments.
同其它的部门保持良好的工作关系。
24. Handles any guest complaints, and reports to superior timely for matters resolved and not resolved.
处理客人投诉,及时向上级汇报,包括解决的和未解决的。
25. To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties or job functions as required by Management from time to time.
要始终服从并负责酒店管理层根据工作需要分配的工作或其它职责。
26. Knows the safety regulations and ensures their application.
了解安全规定,并且确保实施。
27. Keeps the workplace clean and tidy.
保证工作场所干净整齐。
28. Ensures the safety of people and property in the hotel.
确保人员和酒店财产的安全。
29. Respects and ensures respect of the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc.).
尊重并确保酒店对环保章程的承诺(节约能源、重复使用、垃圾分类等)
30. Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor
完成上级交代的其他任务。
Education / Professional experience学历/专业经验
1. Primary Education or equivalent.
小学教育或相当程度。
2. Some Housekeeping experience.
拥有一些客房工作经验。
Skills/Qualities 技能要求/能力
1. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店、品牌和公司,与顾客、员工和第三方交往的能力。
2. Able to understand and speak basic English.
