To assist the IT Manager in the computerizing process in all areas concerned, Front Office, BackOffice, point of sales and PC applications.
主要职责Main Responsibility
负责电脑系统的维护和保养。
Responsible for maintaining and service of computers.
确保从电脑里打印出的报告的正确性。
Verify the accuracy of all reports printed out from the system.
必要时,修改或重新设计报表
Modify or rearrange the report when needed.
熟悉 Opera & Micros 系统。
To be familiar with all system including Opera & Micros System.
出现问题时与电脑供应商联系。
To contact / co-ordinate with the contractor / supplier in case of any problems.
严格遵守员工手册,遵守纪律。
Follow the staff guide book strictly and maintain the discipline.
负责管理电脑的硬软件。
Responsible for taking care of all computerized systems hardware and software.
执行上级领导安排的其他工作和任务。
To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.
和系统操作者保持良好的关系。
His/her will maintain good relation with the staff who operates the system.
和财务部职员,夜班值班经理,收入审计主管及收银员联系,解决他们的问题。
Work closely with accounting staff, Duty manager, Income Auditor, and Outlet Cashier regarding computers.
和电脑供应商保持良好的联系。
Keep contact with the supplier for good co-operation.
岗位要求Specific Requirements
应具备有至少1年在4星级或5星级国际性饭店同等职位工作的经验。
At least 1 years IT experience in the same position at an international hotel with 4* and 5* standard.
优秀的英语技巧。
Excellent English skills.
大学毕业或相当于(信息技术专业)。
University diploma to degree, or equivalent (IT).
电脑操作(Word, Excel)。
Computer skills (Word, Excel).
思路开阔,个性开朗和积极向上。
Open-mindedness, interpersonal skills and sense of initiative.
主动和耐心。
Spontaneous and empathic.
具有相当的成熟度。
A high level of personal maturity is vital for this position.
