岗位职责:
Job Description
1.执行与行李有关的工作程序,在礼宾司不在岗时,代行其职责 并确保礼宾部员工在工作中遵守工作程序
Follow the procedures on luggage related matter and deputize the Chief Concierge in his absence to ensure the smooth and orderly running of the operations.
2.协助礼宾司根据需要调配人力
Assist Chief Concierge in manpower planning in accordance to the requirement.
3.根据酒店标准培训所有礼宾部员工、评估表现、推荐晋升、办理员工调动及纪律惩戒
Train all Concierge associates in accordance to the hotel standard, appraise their performance, recommend promotions, transfers and handle disciplinary actions.
4.向礼宾司反馈异常现象,需求要时向前厅经理和宾客服务经理求助
Report all irregulars to Chief Concierge and seek assistance from Front Office Manager or Guest Service Manager whenever needed.
5.确保贵宾得到适当的接待,客人都得到机场迎送服务
Ensure proper reception of VIP / SP guests as well as other customers at airport on both arrival and departure.
6.尽量推荐酒店营业,改进服务,以便增加营业收入,降低成本
Give recommendations in Hotel operations where opportunities for improving services and increasing revenue or reducing cost.
7.完成公司领导交办的其他工作

岗位要求:
Job Recuriments
1.至少3年礼宾工作经验
At least one year supervisory level in Concierge operation.
2.出色的人际交往能力,诚实可靠、品行端正
excellent interpersonal skills,honest and reliable,Decency
3.酒店管理专业优先
Hotel Management Major Preferred,but Not Required
4.流利英语
Fluent in English.
