Description ·     Oversee the Procure to Payment (PTP) team and ensure all procedures and documentation are in order. 工作单位：南京扬子江资产运营管理有限公司 负责项目：南京江北美术馆、图书馆 岗位职责: 1.负责项目的组织实施、进度跟进管控、三方或多方协调推进项目顺利实施； 2.负责项目实施的技术指导与支持、设备调试及组织验收及交付工作； 3.组织、协调、监督项目工程施工各个环节的工作； 4.熟悉电力相关施工流程、有现场组织协调能力； 5.完成领导交代的其他工作。 任职要求: 1.熟悉办公软件、制图软件等； 2.具备良好的人际关系交际技能、沟通协调协作能力和突发事件应急处理能力； 3.熟知工程各阶段设计、人员协调组织施工,密切跟踪工程进度,能参加项目例会沟通、协调解决工程施工过程中的现场技术问题； 4.需掌握熟知包括但不限于:防盗报警系统、公共播系统、智能楼宇系统、门禁一卡通系统、视频会议系统、停车场管理系统、综合布线系统、机房建设系统、智能化、消防、电梯等专业的交底，现场施工相关知识； 5.熟悉B/S系统架构，熟练使用常见系统部署调试工具如nginx、postman、wireshark等； 6.熟练掌握linux系统及数据库常用命令； 7.熟悉tcp通过程及常见通信协议，熟练掌握http协议相关知识。

职责描述： 1. Develop hotel public relations and media promotion plans 制定酒店公关及媒体宣传计划。 2. Planning, budgeting and execution of the hotel are advertising campaigns in liaison with the company’s official advertising agency. 与专业广告发布公司联系，制定并执行酒店的广告预算和对外广告发布。 3. Coordination and implementation of communication plan for the hotel activities and promotions in coordination with various revenue-earning departments in the hotel (i.e. sales, food and beverage, spa etc.) 协调并执行与酒店所有营运部门的酒店活动和促销的沟通计划（如销售，餐饮等）。 4. Development of good relations with the media (print, broadcast, etc.) and implementation of the hotel’s publicity campaign. 与媒体建立良好的关系（出版物、广播等），执行酒店的市场宣传活动。 5. Organize the press and business people to visit the hotel 组织新闻界和商界人士参观饭店。 6. Submit regular visit summary report to Marketing Director. 向市场销售总监定期提交拜访总结报告。 7. Represent the hotel at all official events. Receive all the important people and publicity of the hotel. 代表饭店参加所有官方活动。接待饭店所有的重要人物及宣传。 8. Deal with negative news and conduct crisis public relations 处理负面新闻，进行危机公关。 9. Collect market and competitor information and submit weekly reports to Marketing Director. 收集市场和竞争对手信息，每周向市场销售总监提交报告。 Required Qualifications 任职要求:： 1. College degree or above; At least 2 years working experience in the same position. 大专以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。 2. Excellent language skills, able to make appealing speeches in public relations activities. 优秀的语言表达能力，能够在公关活动中进行富于感染力的演讲。 3. Strong observation and response skills, excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and strong social activity ability. 较强的观察和应变能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，较强的社会活动能力。 4. Knowledge of e-commerce, mass communication, graphic creativity and innovative writing and editing skills. 了解电子商务，大众传播，平面创意和具有创新性的写作与编辑能力。 5. Proactive and responsible for work. 个性积极主动，工作认真负责。
