Responsibilities
工作职责
1. Work closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests
2. Provides a courteous and professional service at all times;
3. Facilitate the process of producing food from scratch to final produce which comply to strict hygiene standard and according to recipe;
4. Help in keeping par stocks and to ensure sufficient supplies at all times.

2. 服务中保持礼貌专业;
3. 按照食谱优化生产流程并严格遵守相关卫生标准;
4. 帮助保持标准库存并确保库存充足。
Preferred Qualification and Skills
优先考虑的资格与技能
1.High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience;
2.Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.

1. Follow all standard recipe cards with methods and ingredients to ensure quality and consistency
按照菜谱上的方法和材料去确保其质量的品质。
2. Follow all directions from CDP and or Sous Chef
遵循所有主管或者厨师长的要求。
3. Ensure all Marriott Hygiene standards guidelines are followed at each service
确保每种服务按照万豪食品卫生标准的指导方针。
4. Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guest and talent
向所有顾客和员工给予温暖和友好的欢迎态度。
5. Taste and understand finished dishes and sauces ensuring consistency
尝试和查看完成的菜肴以确保品质。
6. Assist CDP with daily duties
协助主管完成每天的任务。
7. Ensure all hotel policy and procedures are followed by reading all the information provided during training.

8. Maintains high standards of personal hygiene.
