Cluster Revenue Manager – Hyatt Place/Hyatt House(HPHH) works with our modern essential brand hotels in China. Main responsibilities include:  Ensure strategic and operational compliance to all Hyatt revenue management best practices and business strategiesOngoing analysis and feedback to hotels on effectiveness of past and future revenue management strategies and market trendsProactively identify and work with critical / need hotels on effective pricing and mix managementAssist in implementation of and follow-up on Hyatt corporate pricing programsAssist with the re-engineering and re-enforcement of business processes from an overall perspective of revenue maximization and consistent rate quotation, sales strategies and service delivery. Actively participate in reviewing Annual Business Plan financials and strategies.Assist hotel to develop pre-opening pricing strategies for new hotel openings – supported by other Regional Brand and Commercial Strategy colleagues and Hong Kong support center where available.For pre-opening responsible for room types configuration, pricing, distribution and business intelligence guidelines, training and support of Revenue Managers.Work closely with Design Services team to define room type mix and other facilities at Preliminary Area Program (PAP) planning stage.Strengthen on-line distribution.  Identify new Distribution Partners of value to Hyatt.Work closely with eDistribution and partnership marketing to ensure data is consolidated and utilized for better decision making in all aspects of S&M Requ
