PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
With proper telephone etiquette, answer all incoming calls within 3 rings with a smiling tone of voice
使用恰当的电话礼仪,以微笑的态度在3声铃响前接听电话
Handle all faxes and email in regards to reservations and reply in a timely manner
处理所有与预订有关的传真和电子邮件,并适时回复
Accepts reservations according to the room situation and availability
根据客房情况和是否可用接受预订
Know the product well including facilities, packages, promotions daily events and activities.
充分了解酒店产品包括:酒店设施,套餐,每日促销活动
Carry out further duties as and when required or assigned by Reservations Supervisor
在需要时履行其他预订主管要求的职责
REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
1.Experience 经验
Relevant hotel experience is preferable
相关酒店工作经验为宜
2.Job Skill / Knowledge 工作技能 / 知识
Familiar with reservations tasks
Dynamic team players
Outgoing personality
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge in Opera PMS system is preferable
3.Computer Knowledge 电脑知识
Knowledge of MS office software
4.Language Proficiency 语言能力
Good written & spoken in English
