Position Overview 岗位概述:
The Assist spa manager will cover and management spa daily operation, can handle guest complaint by themselves, and assist Assistant SPA Director with the supervision, management and growth of all Spa staff. Have ability to interview, train, schedule, monitor employee performance, discipline and complete payroll for all personnel who report to him/her. Assist spa manager have a good mastery of computer and any office software, and know about how to analysis spa revenue statistics and spa guest type. Creating spa seasonal promotions, know How to build customer relationships and keep customers engaged.

The Role 岗位职责:
Assist the Director of Spa with the supervision, management and growth of all Spa staff

Excellent sales skills to capture all potential business and assist the spa Director to meet the monthly budget.

Understand Forbes 5 Star Spa standards, train staff and implement them to ensure smooth operation.

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求
Minimum two years combined general Human Resources and supervisory experience.
Prior hotel experience preferred
两年以上工作和管理经验。有酒店工作经验者优先
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
优秀的英语阅读、写作和口语能力
Excellent communication skills.
卓越的沟通技巧
Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and Fidelio/Opera preferred
理解基本的办公软件,Fidelio/Opera经验者优先
Supervisory experience preferred
有管理经验者优先
A thorough understanding of Spa treatments and The Spa environment
