Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Coordinates and performs guest arrival,departure and cashiering tasks in accordance with hotel standards; Provides genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area; adheres to hotel credit policies and procedures;
2. Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction; reports all glitches to Manager for further followup;
3. Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills; intuitively recommends and effectively up sells resort facilities in a sensitive and personalized manner.
1.确保在协助客人光临、离开与付款时遵循酒店的服务标准;提供真诚服务,熟练掌握相应工作;遵循酒店的规章制度与工作流程;
2.设身处地的为客人的需求着想,着力帮助客人解决疑虑以满足其要求;绝对确保客人的满意度;将所有工作中出现的问题与客人投诉等相关事宜报告给部门经理,方便部门经理后续跟进;
3. 熟练掌握产品的知识和相关技术;结合不同情况,灵活性的推荐并销售产品与服务。
Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责
1.College graduate or Certificate;
2.Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language;
3.Good Communications skills and Computer skills;
4.Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
