ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS主要职责:
Assist APM to coordinate and manage the overall operations of the Purchasing and Receiving to ensure that all departments of the hotel have adequate supplies to perform their duties in an efficient manner.

Keep abreast of new and alternative products in the market and consult with other department on products to enhance cost effectiveness and quality standards.

Maintain the highest level of integrity and transparency in dealing with business partners and ensure that business is awarded fairly.

Follow all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures and safeguards as they relate to the Purchasing Department.

Ensure proper authorization has been obtained for all hotel-specific purchasing contracts and conduct, manage and complete competitive bids in accordance with policy and ensure bids are on file where applicable prior to execution of contracts.

Ensure that all purchase order requests are properly documented and accounted for, completed and approved before a purchase order is prepared and the items are purchased.

Supervise the day-to-day foods order & Receiving.
监督日常的食品订单和收货。
Ensure that all items received by the hotel are properly documented in accordance with Four Seasons Purchasing and Receiving Procedures.
确保酒店收到的所有物品都符合四季酒店的采购和接收程序。
Assist Accounts Payable Clerk in researching any discrepancies on invoices. · Work closed with storekeeper to ensure that all storage items in properly organized.

Familiar with hygiene standards and perform hygiene audits as required.

Monitor daily costs and prepare or review a daily and month-to-date Food & Beverage Cost Report.

Constantly keep abreast of new products, services and processes and consult with hotel management on feasibility of implementation.

Ensure that the department works closely with the Chef and the Food & Beverage Director to purchase the highest quality products while constantly searching for the most competitive price.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS其它职责:
Ensure all confidential information related to employees are well kept
确保部门信息的保密性,包括谈话、个人信息等。
Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers and supervisors.
与同事和主管保持和谐的工作关系。
Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed.
必要时协助办公室的其他财务相关工作。
Perform any others tasks assigned by direct manager

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS任职要求:
Education 教育水平:
University degree or equivalence
大学本科或同等学历。
Experience 工作经验:
Preferably 1 year’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
有1年于四季酒店或国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验为佳。
Skills and Abilities 技能及能力:
Being calm and patient and be of service passion.
冷静耐心,具备服务热情。
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
熟知电脑操作及办公软件应用。
Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help
