DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
· Arrange daily briefing and share all pertinent information and assign tasks to working staff.
安排每日部门会议,分享相关信息及分配任务给当班员工。
· Communicate and coordinate how to process additional tasks or overtime occurred.
突发特殊情况下类似于加班等,协调并安排员工特殊职责范围。
· Maintain confidentiality of all guest’s information.
维持客人信息的隐密性。
· Work closely with other departments to effectively accommodate guests’ special requests and amenities.
紧密联系相关部门,落实安排好客人的特殊需要及待遇。
· Review reservation morning report.
核查预订部早报表。
· Monitor waiting list and determine priority of guests to be called.
监控待入住预订单,并确保第一时间通知优先顾客。
· Review Travel Agent Commission report and resolve any inaccuracies.
核查旅行社反佣报表。
· Monitor and handle guest’s complaints/disputes following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
控制并处理酒店客人投诉与不满,按照相关程序保证客人满意度。
· Prepare weekly/monthly training plan and make sure all the staff well trained and fully practised.
制订每周/每月培训计划,并确保员工熟悉掌握了所培训的内容。
· Assist Revenue Manager with inventory control; maintain inventory balance between Holidex,Delphi and Opera.
协助酒店收益经理对于酒店剩余房的控制,保持Holidex, Delphi, Opera系统所剩房的一致性。
· Build and update all rate programs in Opera according related information from hotel revenue team.
负责酒店系统预订代码的创立与更新。
· Monitor all the reservation in system is correctly input.
监控系统中的预订信息输入是否规范正确。
· Monitor the Group Status, make sure the status change accurate and on time. Stick to group ceiling especially during high season.
监控团队状态,确保按时准确的转换状态,严格控制团队最大限额。
· Complete all hotel information pages in Holidex.
维护酒店在Holidex系统中的信息准确性。
· Prepare work orders for maintenance repairs or purchase and distribute to Engineering or Purchasing.
制定维修采购单,并转交工程部或采购部。
· Maintain cleanliness and working condition of departmental equipment and work areas.
维持预订部工作环境整洁。
· Department duty roster.
预订部员工排班表制定。
· Organize training plan for new staff.
安排新员工的培训计划。
· Develop relationships with competitor hotels.
保持与发展同竞争酒店的关系。
· Take part responsibility of revenue strategy plan upon absence of Direct of Revenue Management.
在收益管理总监缺席的情况下,承担部分酒店收益策略的制定。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
Required Skills 技能
· Well -developed marketing & analytical skills.
良好的市场分析能力。
· Preferably a working knowledge of hotel operations.
拥有酒店常用知识并熟悉酒店日常运作。
· Advanced knowledge of the following software includes Opera, Holidex, Microsoft Office.
熟悉掌握以下软件操作:Opera, Holidex, Office 软件。
· Excellent written and verbal Mandarin & English are a must.
必须具备优秀的中、英文书写和对话能力。
· Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows XP or higher, Microsoft Office 2003 or higher, Internet and other popular software.
· 灵活使用电脑的技巧,最少可以使用微软桌面XP或以上系统,微软办公2003或以上软件,互联网以及其它相关软件应用
· Good interpersonal & communicative skills.
优秀的人际关系处理能力及交流技巧。
Experience 工作经验
· Min 2-3 years experience in similar capacity (Or related department such as Front office) with international chain hotels (Preferred IHGoup hotels)
在国际连锁饭店集团(洲际酒店优先)担任类似的工作岗位(或相关部门类似前台),具有2~3年的经验。
