1.负责市场销售部所有日常行政工作。
Responsible in all secretarial and office administrative work of Sales & Marketing Department
2.协助销售总监,确保部门内部信息的有效传达,与其他部门的沟通及与总部下属各办事处以及客人的交流。
To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure good communication within the department, with other hotel departments, with Head Offices and guests.
3.协助部门,及时跟进各项事务的开展。
Supports the department in maintaining good follow-up on all tasks by the deadline.
4.通过保持与市场及国内外客户的联系来进一步提高酒店的知名度。
Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.
5.协调部门,确保各类报告的准备和按时上交。
Coordinates with departments and sales team concerned in preparation and submission of reports as required
6.与内部及外部所有相关部门保持良好的工作关系。
Maintain good inter communication and good working relations with all departments and all external contacts.
