1. College degree or above.大专以上学历
2. Over 5 years’ experience in hotel HR and 2 years’ experience as Asst. HR Director or HR Manager in 4 or 5 star hotel, be familiar with the HR working procedure of high star hotel.
五年以上酒店人力资源管理工作经历,两年以上四、五星级酒店人力资源副总监或经理的工作经验,熟悉高星级酒店人力资源管理的操作规程
3. Fluent English of both oral and written, and good capability of Chinese.
英语口语及书写均流利,并有良好的中文表达能力
4. 30 years old and above 年龄在30 岁以上
5. With strong capability of communication, coordination and management
具有较强的沟通、协调和管理能力
6. Familiar with the relevant labor laws,regulations or policies of the national and the city.
熟悉国家和地区的劳动法律法规和政策
7. Honest and fair in handling things, and good at communication with staff
