Enforce asset removal policy to prevent assets being removed from the hotel without proper authority.在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机的检查。遵循酒店财物管理的原则,在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。· Provide escort services for fellow associates who are required to carry large amount of cash if necessary.如酒店需要,应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务。· Set up outside patrol points at entrances/exits to keep out unrelated personnel.在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点,以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等。· Randomly check for distribution of the master keys and clear key holders’ responsibilities.随机抽查万能钥匙的分配情况并明确钥匙的持有人的责任。· To do the safety inspection of hotel area and key parts to ensure that the normal fire equipment and fire channel is not blocked.对酒店区域及重点部位进行安全检查,确保消防设施器材正常及消防通道畅通。· In strict accordance with the standards of public security tourism system, conscientiously implement the real name registration.严格按照公安旅业系统标准,认真落实旅客实名登记。· Conscientiously implement the fire station registration system.认真落实消防台账登记制度。· Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Communicate with guests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction.采取适当的方法解决客人投诉。通过与客人交流,建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。· Be familiar with first aid and fire emergency procedure.熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。· Interact with department and hotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.以积极专业的态度与酒店内部各部门及同事沟通,建立起良好的工作关系,增强团队精神保证有效的双向交流。· Responsible for the self-mistake、breach of duty、discipline and misconduct.对自身在工作中的失误、失职、违纪及渎职行为负责。· Maintain a good daily working performance report.做好当班工作日值及岗位交接工作。
