确保值班内任何时刻酒店的安全。配合领班主管完成经理交与的其它任务。保存酒店突发事件及客人投诉等的记录,提交主管采取行动协助工程部工作并提醒工程主管故障照明及设备。参加例行会议,回顾本部门的工作情况并提出调整和改善的意见,同时阐明新的方针政策规定。掌握酒店安全政策和规程,并保证严格遵守。掌握消防服务及应急程序,以及本部门在紧急情况下应承担的责任。每月检查并汇报所有灭火器情况。控制酒店物品的出入,严格按照酒店规定执行。有效地处理解决所有员工的质疑和投诉,并与酒店所有的宾客建立友好关系。Responsible for maintaining the highest level of Security at all times whilst on duty.Assistant with captains to complete the work which is arranged by  Assistant SSC Manager.Maintain a Hotel log book on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them to the service leader (SSC Supervisor) for follow up action.Assist Engineering and alert the Engineering Supervisor of any lights out of  order or faulty equipment.Attend regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Department as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time.Be aware of the Security policies and procedures of the Hotel, and ensure that they are being strictly adhered to.Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your Departments responsibility in an emergency.Check & report on all fire extinguishers  monthly.Control hotel property taking in and out, strictly according to hotel security regulation to   carry out.To handle and resolve all staff queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients.

Prepare daily on-duty record and hand-over work. 9.Be responsible for inspecting all section’s daily work. Pay attention to the standard operation procedure. 10.When on duty, pay attention to the Hotel major area (such as lobby, staff entrance, bar, first floor of guest elevator.) 11.Assist the Accounting Department in the cash transfer work.12.Ensure that the Security & Fire area is not left unattended at any time whilst on duty. 13.Assist the Security Supervisor in handling the emergency.   14.Know well about fire emergency pre-plan. Make sure own duty and responsibilities when the fire or other accidents occurring. 15.Establish good relationship with departmental staff and hotel staff. 16.Frequently make up a summary to improve the working level. 17.Regularly put forward reasonable suggestion andrequirements through the work. 18.Pay attention to the confidentiality.19.Organize regular departmental training for new . 20.Pay particular attention to courtesy, efficiency, service standard, grooming diplmacy and actual job knowledge of daily on-duty . Record daily staff attendance. 21.Pay attention to develop leadship qualities among subordinators. 22.Carry out “Attendance Procedure” issued by HR strictly.23.Supervise staff of own group to fill in attendance form every day and record strictly.
