Job Duties (including but not limited to):
1. Responsible in supporting achieving the room sales objectives of assigned markets and business segments.
2. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management.
3. Ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
4. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically as required.
5. Support Sales Managers, Assistant Director and Director with daily work.
Requirements:
1. University Bachelor Degree and above.
2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. admin softwares.
4. Ability to use Sales and Front Office computer systems.
5. Good interpersonal & communication skills, attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as a team.
