Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for achieving the total Rooms and Catering revenues as laid out in the Marketing Plan.
2. Responsible for setting a measurable results system for all members of the sales team.
3. Responsible that the team generate new corporate, incentive and travel accounts both locally and overseas.
4. To ensure that the Relative Rev par positioning of the hotel is in excess of its primary competitive set.
5. Ensures that PR efforts are in support of the marketing plans and that there is adequate exposure for the hotel in advertising and promotion plans.
Requirements
1. Strong organize and leadership skills
2. Fluent Mandarin and English both in spoken and written
3. Luxury hotel experience is preferred.
