Welcome guests upon arrival 对客人光临表示欢迎。 2. Introduce guests to the menu and highlight daily or seasonal food or drink specials 向客人介绍菜单,推荐每日特色、时令食物及特色饮料。 3. Enquire about food allergies or intolerances 提前询问食物禁忌。 4. Take customers' orders, enter the order into the restaurant software, which the system forwards to the kitchen 下单后将订单输入餐厅软件,通过系统转至厨房。 5. Prepare drinks and serve food and drink orders to guests 为客人准备并提供食物和饮料。 6. Ensure that guests are satisfied 确保客人满意。 7. Remove used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables 收拾桌子上用过的盘子、玻璃杯和餐具。 8. Prepare correct cheques and handle payment 准备正确的账单并处理付款事宜。 9. Clean and sterilise tables, and set tables for new guest arrivals 清洁和消毒餐桌,为新进客人准备好餐桌。 10.Remain familiar with menu and specials, also with company philosophy and news 熟知菜品和特色菜,也熟悉公司理念和新品。 11.Attend daily briefing with the Chef or Manager for news and specials, as well as any upcoming reservations with special requirements. 参加厨师或经理的每日简报,了解新品和特色菜,知悉当日有特殊要求的订单。 Qualification & Must Have: 任职要求: 1.
