3. Engage with guests and always look for ways to enhance the service
4. Plan, implement and monitor events to make sure they run smoothly and efficiently
5. Ensure the guests' hotel experience are of the highest standard
6. Create an exceptional experience for our guests

We are looking for someone who:

1. Preferably has 5* hotel Sales & Marketing experience
2. Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
3. Is self-driven, goal-oriented, able to challenge the status
4. Has excellent selling and communication skills
5. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
6. Has strong interpersonal skills
