Job Description:
1.管理客房服务员并检查客房及服务区域的卫生,注意从酒店的全局出发并根据要求建立国际化的卫生标准。
1.To supervise Room Attendant and inspect guest rooms and surround service areas. Paying attention to details by keeping the international standard of room cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by our hotel.
2.检查所有客房,重要客人的房间以及重要客人的到达,以及常住客人的房间卫生。
2.To check all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long staying guests.
3.执行行政管家及楼层经理所分配的其它次要的任务。
3.To perform secondary duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper and floor manager.
4.熟悉财物安全、急救、火灾及紧急程序,并确保能够安全的使用相关设备。
4.Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.大专学历及以上
1.College degree or above
2.至少2年的星级酒店客房楼层查房工作经验
2.Least 2 years working experience in Housekeeping floor section.
3.良好的沟通技巧
3.Have good communication skill
4.有上进心和精力充沛
4.Self-motivated and energetic
