hotel’ and training information.

Assist all departmental trainers if necessary, with their training.
3.
Co-ordinate training library.
4.
Maintain training room in good condition.
5.
Responsible for training facilities.
6.
Co-ordinate training plan and training report;
7.
Ensure all associates are informed of their training schedule;
8.
Prepare training materials;
9.
Assist to organize reward and certification programs;
10.
Keep records of each individual associate on every training he/she attended of
the hotel in the HR system;
11.
Assist in the analysis of training needs;
12.
Assist in creating competitions or projects to sharpen skills and knowledge;
13.
Assist in coordinating departmental cross-training;
14.
Implement training function and conduct training programs which are certified
by Training Manager;
15.
Maintain hotel training records for legislative on a regular
basis;
16.
Assist with implementing tools and services to ensure training and development
programs meet the hotel’s objectives;
17.
Assist implementing methods for evaluating cost-effectiveness of training
programs;
18.
Assist in purchasing and stocking training materials;
19.
Co-ordinate associate training and development using the Human Resources Management System;
20.
Assist with the planning and delivery of Orientation Program;
21.
Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational health and safety
legislation, policies and procedures;
22.
Assist with Task Force dispatch and reception.
23.
Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in work area;
24.
Maintain personal presentation to hotel and Group standards;
25.
Demonstrate professional attitude and behavior at all times;
