工作内容
1.Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Hotel, the Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible of the leadership of the entire Sales & Marketing department
直接向酒店总经理汇报工作,负责整个市场销售部团队工作
2.The maximization of the revenue generation of the Hotel in all the different segments, the maintenance of an excellent brand awareness and the creation of the strategies to meet the budget of the hotel and an always better positioning are essential objectives of this position
根据酒店不同的部门及产品实现酒店收入的最大化,保持优秀的品牌意识,制定符合酒店预算的发展战略,并始终保持更好的酒店定位
Main Requirements
岗位要求
1.3 years experience in a similar position in five-star international luxury hotels,excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English
3年以上五星级国际奢华酒店相关职位工作经验,优秀的中英文读写能力
2.Proven track record of targets achieved,leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility for both sales and marketing
具有优秀可靠的工作业绩,较强的领导力,了解市场销售部的所有工作
3.Ability to develop, manage and implement strategy and plans
具备制定、管理和实施战略和计划的能力
4.Knowledge and application of all marketing and sales techniques and concepts
拥有市场销售技巧和概念的知识和应用
5.Excellent interpersonal communication skills , strong motivating team leader, enthusiastic and creative team player
优秀的人际沟通能力,具有很强的团队领导力,具有热情和创造性的团队精神
6.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Main Responsibilities
工作职责
1.To plan the annual S&M plan, based on the previous researches, investigations and analysis of the market trends (local and international). To review the development of the plan and take appropriate actions in order to achieve the sales goals and improve the sales results in all segments
根据以往对本地及国际市场趋势的研究、调查及分析,制定年度市场推广计划。审核销售发展计划,采取相应行动,实现销售目标,提高各部门的销售业绩
2.To establish personalized goals for all S&M managers in order for them to achieve the hotel global goals. To do proper and periodically follow up of this goals taking necessary actions if the results is not achieved
为所有销售经理制定个性化的目标,促使他们实现酒店全球目标。对目标进行适当和定期的跟进,并在他们没有达到目标时采取适当的行动
3.To design a yearly digital marketing plan together with the Area Digital Marketing Director
与区域数字营销总监一起设计年度数字营销计划
4.To liaise with Revenue Manager for the occupancy forecast in order to establish a correct price policy, adapted to the different potential customers (groups, key accounts, tour operators…), and with the approval of the General Manager
与收入经理保持联系,预测入住率,在总经理的批准下建立正确的价格策略,从而适应不同的潜在客户(团体,重要客户,旅行社…)
5.To successfully attend to the key events and maintain permanent contact with KA, detecting the potential customers and accounts within the market segmentation and customers’ geographic origin
成功参加重要活动并与重要客户保持长期联系,在市场细分和客户的区域来源发现潜在客户和客户收入
6.To provide guidance, leadership and support to all department associates
为所有部门员工提供指导、领导力及支持
7.To lead the implementation of the internal talent development program
