It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of training needs across all departments within the hotel.
Develop and present the annual training plan, including objectives, target audiences, and expected outcomes.
Ensure the training plan aligns with the hotel's strategic objectives and business needs.
Establish and monitor the annual training budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Negotiate and manage contracts with external training providers, if applicable.
Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Develop training materials, including course outlines, PowerPoint presentations, and handouts.
Ensure training programs adhere to group standards and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, completion rates, and feedback.
Design and deliver training programs for employees at different levels, from entry-level to senior management.
Conduct leadership training to develop and enhance leadership skills among managers and potential leaders.
Oversee talent development programs, including identifying high-potential employees and designing career development paths.
Foster a learning culture that encourages continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Create an inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated to develop their skills.
Promote the hotel's corporate culture through training sessions and activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 3 years in the Learning & Development discipline in the hospitality industry.
• Pre-opening experience is preferred.
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is required.
• Business level proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is required.
• Business level proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
