Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
· Fully in charge of all F&B products sales and training.
· Maintain guest relationships by collecting guest info and establishing guest files.
· Receive external guest and offer quotations.
· Develop new customers and conduct onsite sales at restaurant business peak hours.
· Maintain good relationship and collaboration well with sales department.
· Business data collection and analysis, strategies adjustment based on market demand.
· In collaboration with outlet managers for product planning and packaging.
· In contact with online suppliers and expand online promotion.
· Collect banquet guest feedbacks and share with related departments.
· Incentive granted based on personal performance and production.
· 全面负责餐饮部产品的销售和培训工作。
· 负责收集所有客人的资料,并建立客史档案,并定期通过短信平台,电话拜访与客人保持良好的关系。
· 负责与外部客人接洽及厨房、酒吧对接,为客人提供报价、菜单,并将确认的菜单发送到相应的部门。
· 开发新产品和新客户,并在餐厅用餐高峰期与客人交谈,现场销售。
· 与销售部保持良好关系,配合销售部完成对客服务,为销售部提供需要餐饮部提供的菜单、报价将确认信息给销售部。
· 统计各类推广产品的数据和对销售情况进行分析,并针对市场情况进行更改。
· 配合各餐厅经理对推广产品进行规划及包装。
· 与相关网络供应商保持联系,拓展网络市场销售。
· 跟进各类宴会及团队客人的信息,收集客人意见并反馈给相关部门负责人。
· 提成根据个人绩效和产量而定。
