Job Description:
1. Assists with the development, implementation and administration of associate relations, benefit and compensation, and recruitment programs;
2. Provides smooth and efficient administrative support in the Human Resources Department by assisting the Personnel Manager in the planning, coordination and implementation of all office administration of the Human Resources Office;
3. Responsible for the security and upkeep of personnel files;
4. Coordinates and administers all paper flow within the Department;
5. Ensures that personnel records are maintained accurately and efficiently;
6. Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other associates (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
