KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要工作职责 1. Assist the managerin ensuring, administering and checking the day-to-day sales, operations of theSpa, Fitness & Pool area帮助水疗经理确保、执行、检查各区域每日销售和运营状况。2. Ensure, administer and checkemployee’sday to day working & brand standards as well as their performance检查员工每日工作表现,确保其达到公司及品牌标准3. Ensure employee’s service standard& skills are in accordance to the standards set by the spa & fitness department确保每位员工的服务标准符合水疗和健身中心的标准。4. Ensure there are sufficient stationerysupplies, guests supplies & amenities确保有充足的办公用品,客用品。5. Stock control andinventory监管仓库和库存。6. To liaisewith suppliers, contractors & other department regarding day to dayoperation issues为解决日常问题,与供应商、相关部门保持联系。7. To check and ensure all daily towels, lockerkeys, engineering, housekeeping and operations checklist are smooth and anyproblems must be reported to the manager检查日用毛巾、更衣柜钥匙、工程问题、家政问题和运营工作清单等,如有问题,及时上报经理。8. Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the spa & fitness and pool area is maintain up tothe standards set by the Spa Manager确保水疗、健身中心及泳池的卫生情况能维持在水疗经理所设置的标准内。9. Ensure, administer and check all operatingequipment in the spa, fitness center andpool area isworking properly, cleaned and kept safely by our team members and to inform theengineering department when repairs needed.检查水疗区域所有的运营设备是否正常工作,整洁干净,运行安全,如有维修问题请通知工程部。10. Apart from all these duties andresponsibilities you are to resolve all complaints from guests as well asmatters pertaining to the spa & fitness.处理与水疗相关的客人投诉。11. To carry out instructions given by themanager执行水疗经理布置的任务。12. Assist the manager in conducting monthlytraining with each department pertaining to service standards, knowledge &skills协助水疗经理,对每个部门进行服务标准、知识和技术的月度培训13. Assist the manager in conducting monthlytheory & practical test pertaining to service standards, knowledge &skills协助水疗经理,对服务标准、知识和技术进行月度理论和操作的测试。14. Assist the manager in planning and organizingactivities and positive reinforcement work attitude to every department staff协助水疗经理计划和组织活动,以增进对每个部门员工正面工作态度。15. Must maintain ahigh level of discipline, morale and all brand standard必须将工作准则、道德、品牌标准维持在较高水平。Qualifications:1.Minimum 3 years in luxury spa and 1 year at the same position.至少三年同奢华品牌水疗工作经验,至少一年同岗位工作经验。2.Spa knowledge and skills掌握Spa相关知识与手法3.Proficiency in Word& Excel熟练掌握Word和Excel等基本计算机技能4.Knowledge of Spa suppliers 水疗供应商知识 5.Knowledge of the maintenance, safe, and efficient operations of the Spa 了解水疗中心的维护、安全和高效运行 6.Knowledge of local rules and regulations that concern catering Spa 了解与Spa相关的当地法规
