岗位职责1. Prepare mis-en-place for the restaurant by polishing washed equipment, prepare and refill condiments, prepare and refill salt and pepper shakers, fold napkins, fill up stock for pantry and service stations and any other preparation tasks assigned.   提前做好餐前的准备工作,包括,使用的调味品、盐盅、胡椒盅、负责折叠餐巾、补充仓库使用的用具,任何其他分配的准备任务。 2. Set up tables, buffet and service stations per restaurant needs.   根据餐厅需求来摆设餐桌,自助餐和服务边柜。 3. Change linen and keep clear record.   更换布草并做好清晰地记录 4. Provide all kinds of supporting services and assistance to senior associates for delivering guests exceptional services.    在餐厅资深员工的配合下提供特色的服务给每一位宾客 5. Transport dirty and soiled equipment to stewarding for washing and bring back the clean equipment to fill up service stations.   及时清理餐厅的餐具到管事部进行清洗消毒,并将擦拭干净的餐具进行补充到各工作边柜。 6. Pick up food and/or beverage from kitchen/service bar and transport the items to the restaurant for senior associates to serve the guests.   着手客人的食品、饮品的跟进及服务,并传送给看区的工作人员进行服务宾客 7. To be aware of Hotel standards and policies.   了解酒店政策和标准。 8. Ensures personal grooming and conduct according to hotel standards.   确保个人行为和仪容符合酒店标准。 9. Checks schedule and ensures punctuality at work.   检查班次时间,确保准时上班。 10. Serve all guests in good manner and correct sequence.   为所有客人提供良好态度及正确有序的服务  11. Take guest order when necessary.   在适当时候为客人点单。 12. Pour and refill ice water, coffee or tea for guests.   准备好茶水及冰水、咖啡服务给客人。 13. Be attentive at all times.   在任何时候都要保持细心。 14. To relay any guest complaints to supervisor / captain.   将所有客人投诉传达给主管/领班。 15. Collect stocks from stores.   从库房领货。 16. Ensure to follow up with the opening and closing checklist.   确保及时跟进运营开始和结束的检查清单。 17. Complete other duties as assigned.
