Responsibilities 工作职责1. Provide members and guests the highest level of safety with excellent guarding of the pool and enforcement of pool rules and regulations. Greet and properly register members and guests at the pool.2. Handling monthly health& safety working environment assessment for the Health Club to minimize occupational injury.3. Interacting with hotel guests and members reporting complaints and providing feedback to the management.4. Daily communication to all Life Guard、GYM Instructor regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary, completing all shift reports and paperwork.5. Will be involved in and responsible for the training of all new Life Guard and GYM Instructor according to the requirements of the Fitness.
