We are currently looking for a Service Manager-HSKP(Public Area) to join our team.
1. To have knowledge of Shangri-La’s Quality Standards, Service Standards and Group Specifications.
2. Maintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services.
3. Does more at every guest contact point, records incidents and outstanding items or work
4. Recommends improvements in attendants work procedures.
5. Performs any other duties or tasks as assigned by manager
