1.与媒体建立并维护良好的关系(行业及大众媒体，电台及电视) 以增强公众对酒店及其设施的认知。Develop strong relationships with the media (trade and consumer press, radio and TV) and leverage these relationships to create public interest of the hotel and its facilities. 通过新闻稿，媒体采访及新闻发布会等形式在海内外宣传酒店。 Generate interest stories through press releases and arrange press interviews or conference for such opportunities to expose hotel and brand favorably to domestic and international media. 3.与相关部门合作发表有新闻报道价值的文章，邮寄酒店宣传册给酒店客户。 Create newsworthy articles by working with related departments for publication and direct mailing to our customer database. Communicate interest stories, promotional package to our guests by creating a monthly newsletter. 4.保持并监督酒店的广告及宣传品制作，与酒店品牌标准相一致。Maintain and monitor all advertising standards and promotional materials in accordance to the brand standards. 5.与当地的政府部门，有关协会及社会团体保持良好的关系，为酒店建立良好的社区责任感。Develop strong relationship with local government authorities, associations and community to foster a strong community relationship for the hotel. 做好与社会团体合作项目并参与社会慈善活动。Create and launch a community project and adopt a charitable cause for the hotel.. 建立并更新酒店数据库，包括新闻媒体，客户，政府，协会及社团人士，负责所有社交活动的联络工作及请柬发放。Maintains an up-to-date and accurate mailing database of press contacts, customers, government bodies and associations in the hotel system. Responsible for coordinating all invitations and social functions of the hotel. 管理酒店所有印刷品及广告的内部设计及外请设计公司的设计制作。Plan and manage the design layout of the hotel’s collateral, and advertising plans by marking with the in-house designer or contracted vendor. 9.做好所有的报纸归档整理，包括竞争对手的广告印刷品。Maintains a file of all newspaper clippings, advertising strategy of the competitor, collaterals of the hotel 每周向销售总监汇报公关活动，饭店广告及媒体计划。Prepare a weekly brief of all public relations activities, advertising and media plan for DOSM 11.出席每周的销售会议。 Attends weekly sales meetings 12.根据要求做好其他相关事务。 Perform all other duties as required.
