岗位职责:
Key Accountabilities:
1、负责监督、指导场馆所有的服务工作,在满足顾客需求的同时,争取获得最大的利润;
Responsible for supervising and guiding all the service work of the venue, striving for maximum profit while meeting the needs of customers;
2、负责根据每日订单,安排服务人员、供给相关食物以及酒水,并完成相应回款;
Responsible for arranging service personnel, providing relevant food and drinks according to daily orders, and completing the corresponding payment;
3、负责确保每日服务人员的身体健康以及操作卫生,保障服务质量满足相应要求;
Responsible for ensuring the health and operation of daily service personnel, ensure that the quality of service meets the corresponding requirements;
4、负责开展服务相关培训,确保所有员工的服务均符合公司的服务标准;
Responsible for service training to ensure that all employees meet the company's service standards;
5、负责管理服务相关库存,补充货品,确保食物、酒水的储存符合相关规定;
Responsible for the management of service related inventory, replenishment of goods, to ensure that food and beverage storage in accordance with relevant regulations;
6、负责管理服务相关设施设备的摆放及维护,及时上报相关问题、隐患;
Responsible for the management of service-related facilities and equipment placement and maintenance, timely report related problems and hidden dangers;
7、负责完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。
Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求:
General requirements:
1、大专及以上学历;
College degree or above;
2、5年以上服务管理工作经验;
At least 5 years experience in service management;
3、具有良好的餐饮及服务专业知识;
Good knowledge of catering and service;
4、熟练掌握 office等办公软件及通用办公室设备的使用;
Proficient in office software and general office equipment;
5、具有较强的中英文沟通能力、文字写作能力以及较强的工作责任心;
Strong Chinese and English communication skills, writing skills and strong sense of responsibility;
6、具有流利的英语口语能力;
Good command of spoken English;
7、具备五星级酒店宴会经理岗位经验或米其林餐厅经理经验优先。
Banquet manager experience in a five-star hotel or Michelin restaurant is preferred.
