The Supervisor’s main function is to
promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to
develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on associate
satisfaction and the delivery of prompt, courteous service. The supervisor is

Assume responsibility for the
daily operations of Wuxing or any other assigned outlet to ensure a smooth

Job Requirement岗位要求
1.At least 4 years F&B experience.至少4年饮餐工作经验。
2.Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication

3.Demonstrated good communication in English and

Qualifications –

· Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.

· 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

Answer the telephone within prescribed number of rings. Efficiently and professionally handle multiple incoming calls at once.
