PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Responsible for ensuring all hotel property is protected from theft, vandalism or damage.

Assist in daily administration, deployment and supervision of security colleagues.
协助做好每日部门员工的人员部署、工作管理和监督工作。
Ensure all existing security equipment, security systems over the best possible coverage.
确保酒店所有消防安全设施、出入口、安全系统运行正常。
Implement and maintain security systems that enhance guest and colleague safety (surveillance system, fire prevention system)
通过监控系统和消控系统的不断完善来提高酒店客人和员工的安全。
Implement and maintain the security system to ensure only authorized persons or goods are permitted on or off site.
确保只有被授权人方可进入酒店重点区域。
Deal with any guest or colleague issues with empathy.
设身处地的为酒店客人和员工处理事情。
Conduct investigations into allegations of property loss, vandalism or damage.
对酒店所有财产的安全,以防偷窃、人为破外等情况开展调查。
Conduct investigations into guest or colleague injury accidents.
对酒店客人或员工的受伤事件开展调查。
Communicate with guests and colleagues to ensure their safety in the hotel
与酒店客人及员工做好良好的交流沟通,确保他们的安全。
Maintain good communication with the local Police and Fire Service
与当地公安局和消防局保持良好的交流互通。
