Job Description 职位简介
• Deal with administration and secretary related things in Housekeeping Department, and take the role as contact point between Housekeeping Department and other departments. Be responsible for taking care of the personal belongings left behind by the guest and the storage of Housekeeping Department.
处理本部门行政及秘书方面等事宜,成为客房部与其他部门沟通的中心;负责管理客人遗留物品、客房部仓库。
Major Responsibility 主要工作职责
• Provide all secretarial support to the department, such as printing, archiving all kinds of records ofthe department.
执行部门所有文秘方面的工作,如打印、部门各种数据保存等。
• Keep enough and reasonable goods quantity in the office and storage of the Housekeeping
Department.
保持客房部办公室、仓库物品充足,且在合理范围内。
• Prepare engineering maintenance list, and follow up with Ken Fix It or Engineering Department.
准备工程维修单,并协调客房部万能工或工程部跟进。
• Manage items on loan.
管理客人借用物品。
• Manage lost and found per our company policy and procedures.
按照物业规章制度,管理客人遗留物品。
• Strictly manage and record the key usage.
严格管理并记录钥匙管理相关的工作。
• Update room status to ensure the accuracy of room status information in the system according tothe floor supervisor’s room inspection report.
根据楼层主管的查房报告,及时更新房态,确保系统内房态的准确无误。
Ensure smooth operation of all the systems in Housekeeping Department.
确保客房部各项系统正常运作。
Understand basic procedure of Housekeeping cleaning work, and be able to clean a room
independently and meet the standard of room inspection exemption.
了解客房清洁基本流程,能够独立完成房间清洁,并保证达到免查房标准;
• Understand and be able to in charge of routine operation of linen room.
了解布草方基本运作流程,能够独立担当布草房日常运营工作。
• Comply with rules and procedures, actively attend training programs.
遵守相关的规章制度,并积极参加培训。
• In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and
policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
• Other duties assigned by superiors.
完成上级交办的其他任务。
Requirements 资质需求
• College or above education degree is required;
大专以上文化程度;
• Have certain ability in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing);
有一定的英文听/说/读/写能力;
• Good in writing and communication skills;
具有良好的文字表达能力和沟通能力;
• Proficiency in the use of computer and familiar with Microsoft Office system ( Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook);
熟练使用电脑,熟悉 Microsoft Office 软件(例如:Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook 等);
• Good work sense of responsibility, honest and reliable, always had a positive attitude;
富有工作责任心,诚实可靠 ,态度积极;
• Be a good team player;
