协助快捷服务经理进行日常工作。按照酒店规定跟踪日常的培训计划。按照既定的规划和政策执行任务。严格按照标准的工作程序工作。协助客人入住并确保他们在酒店入住期间得到舒适的经验。负责PABX系统和点餐系统的工作。夜班协助预定部在OTA系统做预定。通过他或她的模范态度、行为、统一和卓越的沟通技巧来推动铂尔曼品牌哲学。通过他/她的努力销售促进酒店达到更大的目标。执行上级分配的其他职责。关注和引导员工进行培训。 Assist Service Center Manager on daily tasks.Supervise staff within the section and follow up daily trainings as required.Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies.Work according to hotel SOP strictly.To assist guest and ensure their stays at the hotel are comfortable and an experience to remember.Responsible for PABX system and Room Service Order Taking procedures.Assist in taking room reservations when needed and assist with the OTA bookings during the evening.Promote the Pullman brand philosophy through his or her exemplary attitude, behavior, unification and excellent communication skills.Promote the hotel’s offer to meet the department’s quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.Perform any other duties as may be assigned by your superior.Focus on and guide staff to conduct training.

拥有酒店或旅游管理文凭/学位拥有良好的电话及客户关系技巧。翻译技能良好的电脑技巧,特别是MS Office,电子邮件的使用,Opera和电话系统至少3年相关工作经验具有旅游和酒店行业基本知识
