JOB SPECIFIC DESCRIPTIONTo supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.

   1、 熟悉厨房组织架构系统; 2、 负责完成餐厅菜式制作、加工、成品上盘工作; 3、 按照食谱的标准投料,按程序将食品原料制作成符合卫生要求、美味的菜肴; 4、 及时发现原料的优劣,及时汇报并跟进出现的问题; 5、 时刻履行食物、原料、配料、水电燃气的节约,维护酒店利益,杜绝浪费; 6、 遵守国家和地方的法律、法规,保证所有制作的食品安全卫生,杜绝出现食品安全事故; 7、 协助餐厅对当日所进入的食品进行分类保鲜,避免变质; 8、 协助主厨对剩余食品进行再加工; 9、 爱护厨房所有运作设备和工具,对操作完成后的用具要及时清洗并归类放置; 10、对操作后的残渣及时清理; 11、熟练审阅当天标示菜谱,熟悉配料的名称和搭配方法; 12、按时按质按量的完成主厨下达的生产任务,时刻掌握加工出品的销售动态; 13、及时了解锅线、机用设备运行情况,如有异常及时报告主厨或工程部。
