As a Service Leader- Training, we rely on you to
* Prepares training sessions/activities requirements including space bookings, training materials, logistics, prizes, etc.
* Responsible for maintaining individual training records for each staff
* Assists the Training Manager in implementing training sessions and other activities
* Ensure that training rooms are properly used and maintained
* Facilitates and conducts Orientation Programs for new hires
* Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time
