quotations & contract, confirmation letters and requirement on behalf of
sales managers. Once completed, to hand over to relative Dept. for preparation.

enquiries through telephone or on-site visit by clients, in the absence of

Maintains efficient
filing system for all contracting, event quotations, floor plans etc.

administrative duties such as attending meeting where required, writing weekly
reports, maintaining a logbook and other specific duties related to the job
function.
