The Spa Supervision responsibility is to
assist the Assistant Manager, Spa in providing leadership, direction and
supervision of colleagues in the daily operations, but not limited to massage
therapist, retail, desk agents, fitness and spa attendants. The Team Leader
Therapist / Receptionist and Hammam are
proactive and passionate in delivering exceptional services to all guest
requests for everlasting memories.

The Role:

Full working understanding of Spa Vision and Mission, SOP(s)
完全领会水疗的愿景和使命,还有SOP运营操作标准
Assist and guide guests around relaxation lounge, changing rooms and spa facilities
协助客人使用休息区、更衣室和水疗的设施
Serve and assist guests with beverages and refreshments
为客人服务饮品、茶点和毛巾等
Maintain the quality and quantity of locker amenities, linens, beverages and all accessories
保持更衣室用品、布草、饮品和所有配件的质量和数量
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of heat experience facilities and pantry
保持工作间和精品零售区域的卫生清洁和物品的整齐摆放
Stock and record all linen and other guest supplies on daily basis
每日做好布草和其它客用品的储备和记录工作

任职资格:
Education 学历: Senior high
school and above.高中及以上
Experience 经验: 3 years related working experiences is expected. 三年相关工作经验
Licenses
