职位说明 Job Description：1. 参加宴会例会以获得客人期望的所有信息，特别是会议室的布置，主题，讲台摆设等。Attend banquet briefings to gain full knowledge of guest expectations, particularly in relation to room layout, theming, stage set up etc.2. 在搬运宴会设备时自始至终遵循人工搬运作业手册，如有受损伤情况应立即向上级领导汇报。Follow manual lifting procedures at all times during the removal of banqueting equipment, reporting immediately to supervisor in the event of any damage such as strained muscles.3. 确保宴会储藏室整洁，托盘，桌椅，桌围等整洁有序。Ensure the banquet store room is kept tidy and trays, tables, chairs, skirting etc is maintained in an orderly fashion.4. 同宴会小组一起高效的工作，按照客户的期望布置会议室。Work efficiently with the Banquet team to deliver room set ups in accordance with client’s expectations.5. 小心的组装和分拆桌椅，尽可能少的给设备和墙壁造成损坏，包括划痕，漆面擦痕。Assemble and disassemble tables and chairs with care, minimizing damage to equipment and walls, including scratches, paint chippings, etc.6. 向经理汇报需要维护的所有事件。Report all incidents requiring maintenance to your Manager.7. 与餐饮部其它部分保持良好的工作关系，包括厨房，管事部和服务部门。Maintain good relations with other members of Food and Beverage including Kitchen, Stewarding and Service Operations.8. 在客人点餐时与客人交谈，发现客人的喜好，同时建立友善的关系。Make conversation to guests during their order and find out their likes and dislikes as well as building rapport.
