1. Holds a diploma/degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management. 2. Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills. 3. Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Opera.5. Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels.6. Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.7. Minimum two to four years work experience as Manager or Assistant Manager of Health Club and Spa in a hotel.8. Essential knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry.
