 岗位职责:1、负责处理厨房的运作及行政事务;2、执行餐饮经理下达的各项工作任务和工作指示;3、负责制订厨房的各种工作计划;4、对厨房的出品、质量和食品成本承担重要的责任;5、保持对厨房范围的巡视,对下属员工进行督导,及时解决现场发生的问题,帮助下属提高工作能力;6、督导厨房各分部主厨对食品原料的管理,使所有食品始终符合标准食谱规定的数量或份量,合理地控制食品成本;7、妥善处理客人对出品的投诉;8、检查厨房所属各岗位员工的操作规范;9、保持对员工队伍特别是厨师以上厨房员工的教育和培训,使之不断提高;任职资格:1、年龄三十五岁以上,高中以上学历,身体健康、精力充沛,广东人,熟悉粤菜制作工艺及出品要求;2、具有强烈的责任心,勇于开拓和创新,作风干练;3、拥有较高的烹饪技术,了解和熟悉食品材料的产地、规格、质量、一般进货价4、对成本控制管理、食品营养学、厨房的设备知识拥有相当的基础

岗位职责1.督导员工自觉遵守交通规则和各项规章制度。2.负责车队的全部经营管理工作。3.组织司机学习交通法规,教育司机合理使用原材料,加强车队经营核算;及时、公正,按规定分清责任处理好交通事故,对重大交通事故,准确及时报告前厅部经理。4.组织车队员工业务培训,不断提高安全行车水平和技术水平。5.制定车辆的维修保养计划,落实车辆安排,对于车辆的三级保养及大修,要向前厅部经理提出报告;说明车辆保养及维修的具体时间,修理所需金额等,待获批准后方可施行。6.对于违反操作规程所造成的车辆损坏要追究责任并将处理报告交前厅部经理审查。7.负责处理本部门的日常业务运作,对车辆安全行驶、维护保养、营运效益、节能、延长车辆使用寿命等负主要责任。岗位要求1.有亲和力和车队日常行政管理能力;2.了解车辆维修和日常保养知识;3.较强的沟通能力和执行能力;4.较强的司机培训能力;5.爱岗敬业以及较强的安全防范意识;6.同等职位两年以上工作经验。
