【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店的水、电、汽、空调、电梯、装饰、装潢、厨房、PA设备等机电设备的日常维修保养和计划性维修保养工作。 2、服从主管的领导，服从调度，保证酒店所有机电设备的完好和及时维修、正常运行。 3、保证客房和厨房、公共区域、水、电、空调的正常供应。 4、保证厨房设备的正常运行，发现故障及时维修。 5、客房卫生洁具及设备需要维修时，应及时维修的同时做好对客服务准则。 6、负责酒店所有门锁、窗锁、门地弹簧抽屉锁的更换修理。 7、负责酒店所有装饰、装潢的维修工作。 8、对设备进行技术改造，使之符合酒店要求，并进行小型零件的加工。 9、根据设备的使用，协助主管制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施。 10、按期巡检消防设备，协助安消部进行消防检查，消防试验，在发生火灾时给消防人员提供帮助。 11、完成上级交办的其它工作事项。 12、设备发生故障后服从经理及主管领班的调动，上级不在时服从中控室的调动，积极进行抢修，紧急故障未处理完毕，人手紧缺时不得下班。 【岗位要求】 1、有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，且对业务精益求精，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。 2、具有机电、装修、装潢等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务。 3、身体健康，精力充沛。

1.       To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and polices and procedures ,especially in relation to fire and life safety. 按照饭店指导原则，规定和标准程序开展工作，特别要注意与防火和人身安全有关的项目。 2.       To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by supervisor and manufacturer's recommendations. 开展预防维护工作以及按照主管的指令和生产商建议维修设备。 3.       To perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure. 在紧急情况下按照紧急程序开展工作。 4.       To familiar with all the mechanical systems, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement. 了解本酒店设备系统以及设备的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备。 5.       To attend  on the job training. 进行在岗培训。 6.       To attend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort. 对客人要求和投诉及时做出反应避免造成客人不便或不安。 7.       To practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement. 在节能方面进行制作和提出合理改良建议。 8.       To assist the other trades where is requested. 必要时帮助工程部其他工种组工作。 9.       To inspect all mechanical systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To constantly assess the preventive maintenance schedule, method of maintenance, to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation, and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations. 按照工作检查表,检查机械设备运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报设备运行缺陷，不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式，保证设备长期稳定的运行，避免紧急修理和故障停机和根据生产手册要求高效运行。 10.   To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy. 保持维修工具，设备和工作区域的清洁。 11.   To perform shift and overtime duties when necessary. 开展本班次工作和必要时延时工作。 12.   To perform daily water treatment in accordance with water treatment specialist recommendation. 按照水处理专家的意见处理酒店用水。 13.   Perform other duties as may request by Engineering Manager. 按照经理要求完成其它工作

岗位职责： 1. To guarantee the water supply and drainage of the hotel, the water system of fire protection, the fire protection fume machine, the positive pressure exhaust, and the device of kitchen, laundry in normal mode. 保证酒店的给排水、消防、防火油烟机、正压排气和厨房设备的正常运行。 2. To control the hot water temperature at 55℃±5℃. 控制酒店热水温度为55℃±5℃。 3. In charge of the maintenance and overhaul work of water supply and sewerage system, kitchen, laundry, fire water supply equipment. 负责给排水系统、厨房、洗衣、消防给水设备的日常维护检修大修工作。 4. To accept and obey the work distributes and seriously do it in time. 认真、及时地完成上级布置的各项工作。 5. To guarantee the gas pressure in normal mode,the valve doesn’t leak. 保证在正常的气压下阀门不泄露。 6.Familiar with the works of the machinery and equipment of the hotel, performance and maintenance technology, understanding their technical parameters and be familiar with practical work. 熟练掌握酒店机械设备的工作原理，性能及维修技术，了解其技术参数，并能熟练运用到实际工作中。 7. Master the operation of all kinds of electrical devices of drainage system, and know its control principle. 熟练操作给排水系统中的各类机电设备，了解其控制原理。 8. Can distinguish accurately conveying pipe of various media, familiar with thedir ection, material and size of pipe.. 准确熟练地区分输送各种不同的介质的管道，熟悉管道的走向、材质和尺寸。 9. Familiar with valves of types, model specifications, the roles and locations. 熟悉阀门的种类、型号规格、作用和位置。
