职责描述:
1.To assist the ADOR in planning, organizing the overall public area, guestrooms, laundry room operations as well as maintaining established standards according to our hotel.

2. To assist the ADOR in coordinating the Housekeeping operations on Guestrooms, as well as to maintain high quality standard in accordance to Sofitel Standard.
协助房务副总监协调客房部的工作,根据索菲特的标准建立高质量的客房服务。
3.Directing and supervising the four sections, seeing those job assignments are done on time and guided by set housekeeping rules and regulations.
领导和监督客房部四个部门的工作,查看工作是否布置及时。制定客房部日常工作规则和标准。
4. To assist in the training of the employees ensuring that they acquire the necessary skills knowledge communication to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.
协助培养员工,确保所有员工能得到必要的技术知识,以最大效率履行责任。
5.To ensure that the Department's Operational Budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled.
保证部门工作预算的准确,严格控制所有成本。
6.To read the communication book on daily events of public areas and cleaning contractors.
阅读每日公共区域服务员和客房服务员的工作记录。
7. To manage the attendance of each outlet superior.
对各分点负责人的出勤和考勤进行管理。
8. To compile and post daily work schedules.
安排、分配日常工作。
9. To investigate and submit report on guest comments.
对客人提出的批评作出调查报告并呈交上级。
10.Check VIP blockings prior to the arrival and during occupancy period. Check random vacant and occupied rooms.
检查重要客人的入住及住宿情况,抽查住房及空房。
11. Assist in the periodic linen, furniture/fixture and equipment (FF&E) inventory.
协助布草、家俱和设备的定期清点。
12.To ensure high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, function rooms, F&B outlets, offices, car parks.
确保客房、公共区域、多功能厅、餐厅出口、办公室、停车场高质量的卫生。
13.The Co-ordinate and check the work of contractors and attain daily/weekly inspection.
负责检查服务员的工作并保持每天/每周的检查。
14.To liase with F & B and Engineering Department for function activities.
与餐饮部和工程部保持密切联系以确保工作有效运行。
15. To issue job and repair orders for maintenance to Engineering Department.
下达工作命令并向工程部传达修理命令。
16.To check and follow up on repair and maintenance of public areas and guestrooms.
检查并跟踪公共处区域和客房的修理情况。
Required Qualifications 任职要求::
1. College degree or above.大专学历及以上。
2. Good communication skills and adaptability.良好的沟通能力和适应能力。
3.Team management and building capacity.团队管理及建设能力。
4. At least 1 year working experience in international brand hotel in the same position
具有国际品牌酒店同岗位至少1年及以上的工作经历。
