The Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events shall report directly to Area General Manager and functions as the strategic business leader overseeing all Restaurants, Bars and Events operations of Niccolo Changsha and the new lifestyle hotel in IFS Tower 2, revenues and profitability, quality standards, and customer satisfaction; provides the leadership and strategy to inspire the team to drive business results and enhance the brands.
✦Oversee the operations of Niccolo Changsha and the pre-opening of the new lifestyle hotel in IFS Tower 2
✦Responsible for the overall management of the hotels’ Restaurants, Bars, and Events including service and kitchen operations, revenues and profitability, quality improvements, and health and safety
✦As a member of the Executive Committee, develop and implement property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customers and colleagues
✦Work closely with functional leaders of Restaurants, Bars & Events, and the Kitchen to ensure proper manpower deployment, talent development, reward, and retention are in place
✦Review the operational practice in all areas to ensure compliance with the Group's guidelines, audit requirements as well as legislative requirements
✦Develop and manage budget and forecast to maximize business performance and manpower productivity
✦Coach, support, and drive the team to effectively manage costs whilst providing exceptional service to customers
